CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A $100 security deposit will be held from the guest’s CC upon check in for incidentals.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
Cancellations and changes policies depend on the hotel rate. Please check our rate policy for more information.
PET POLICY
Cormorant Boutique Hotel is proudly pet-friendly and welcomes your furry companions. A nightly pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Service Animals are exempt of this fee.
CONCIERGE HOURS
For your convenience, our lobby is open 24 hours a day.
SMOKE-FREE
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking/vaping/candles are not allowed in any guest room, deck, balcony, or public area. If smoking occurs, a $250 cleaning fee per night will be charged to your credit card.
